clean rooms but air conditioning issues

The staff were exceptionally accommodating and went out of their way to assist. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection of items, and I loved starting my day with so many fresh pastries and juices. The view from my room was quite nice, allowing for peaceful moments with a lovely scenery. The pool area was beautifully maintained and a perfect place to unwind.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't cool the room adequately, making it uncomfortably warm at night.

We really enjoyed the spacious room with a massive terrace that was perfect for evening relaxation, and the breakfast spread was just fantastic, with so many fresh and tasty options to start our day. The serene pool area and lovely gardens were great spots to unwind after exploring the area. I wished the pool towels were available a bit earlier, but it didn’t put a damper on our fun! 🌞

this hotel is really chill n cozy. my room was super clean and comfy, felt like home. breakfast was great, lotsa choices, and the vibe in the public areas is just nice n relaxed. the staff were so friendly n helpful, made me feel welcomed. even tho the pool was closed, it was still a nice place to relax when i went out there.

had a bit of a hiccup with the service at dinner, it was kinda slow. also, the bathroom could use a little upgrade, it felt a bit outdated.

i stayed for four nights and found it exceeding my expectations from previous trips to sotogrande. the breakfast was packed with fresh pastries and delightful options, perfect to set up a relaxing day. the pool area was a tranquil escape, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun.

The pool's opening time at 11 AM with no towels before then is a hassle. Guests might find it frustrating as this restricts early morning leisure by the water. the air conditioning doesn't consistently cool rooms below 24 degrees, making it uncomfortable on hot nights. On top of that, bar service can be hit or miss, especially during busy hours, resulting in slower drink delivery.

Great stay in a comfy room

The superior double room with view had a spacious balcony and great air conditioning. The bed was super comfortable, and the private bathroom came with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The outdoor swimming pool was serene, and breakfast offered delicious fresh pastries and various juices. Staff were welcoming, with responsive service at the bar.

The grounds are pure bliss, man! Super big terrace with comfy chairs for sipping coffee, and the breakfast spread was on point—so much choice. The bar staff were chommies, always keen to help with a smile. Plus, the location is sharp-sharp—easy to find after a long drive!

They need to sort the meal service though—it’s a bit slow at dinner. Could do with a bit more action there.
